Product Description & Variations: Our leather goods are handmade, and slight variations in color, texture, stitching, and finish may occur due to the natural properties of leather and the artisanal process. These are not defects but unique characteristics of handmade items. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the final item.

Order Accuracy: It is your responsibility to ensure all order details, including product selection, customization options, shipping address, and contact information, are accurate at the time of purchase. Devilish Devices is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Payment Policy: All payments are processed securely at the time of order placement. By completing your purchase, you authorize Devilish Devices to charge the full amount to your selected payment method. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is confirmed.

No Refunds for Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made leather goods, all custom orders are final and non-refundable. Please review your customization details carefully before submitting your order.

Cancellations: We (Devilish Devices) do not accept cancellations. Cancelling an order imposes unrecoverable fees on us. We are happy to modify your existing order or put your payment towards a future order with us.

 

Returns & Exchanges: We do not accept returns; however, we do accept exchanges for non-custom items within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by us. Items returned in damaged or used condition will not be refunded.

Shipping & Delivery: We strive to process and ship orders within 1-5 business days for ready-to-ship items and 6-8 weeks for made-to-order items; however, these are estimates, and it is possible that your order may take more time to ship. If your order is going to require us more time to ship, we (Devilish Devices) will contact you via email to update you on the status of your order and provide you with a new ETA.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Devilish Devices is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. Orders returned due to inaccuracies with the buyer's mailing address can be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Tracking information will be provided once the order ships. All orders are shipped through USPS. Devilish Devices is not responsible for mishandled or lost orders in the mail. 

Import taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to import taxes. This is a tax that your country's government imposes on packages over a certain value, which varies from country to country. Your package may also be subject to an additional processing fee. Since these fees are imposed by and payable to your country's government, Devilish Devices is not responsible for, nor has any control over, them.

Chargeback Policy: By purchasing from Devilish Devices, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider unless you have first contacted us at DevilishDevices@gmail.com to resolve any issues. We are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in additional fees, and we reserve the right to refuse future orders.

Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to review all product details, policies, and terms before completing your purchase. Failure to adhere to these terms does not constitute grounds for a refund or chargeback.

By purchasing, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Devilish Devices, its parent corporation, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from your use of and access to the Devilish Devices service and products; any claim or complaint that your use of any products purchased from Devilish Devices caused harm or injury to yourself or a third party.
